1. Free Plan
The Free Plan is available at no cost and does not require payment. Therefore, no refunds apply.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro and Corporate Plans)
a. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible:
You must contact us with your account details and reason for the request.
Refunds are only issued for first-time purchases, not renewals.
b. No Refunds After 7 Days
After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable, including:
Monthly or annual plan renewals
Unused subscription time
Downgrades to a lower plan
Please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
3. Exceptional Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in special situations such as:
Duplicate charges
Technical errors that prevent service use
Unauthorized transactions
These must be reported within 14 days of the charge.
